Inflammatory

Inflammatory conditions are the result of your body losing the battle against inflammation.

Inflammation is the end result of oxidative stress. This stress can be caused by emotional or physical trauma, and nutritional and environmental pollutants. Food is a major culprit and likely the easiest to correct.


Your body is designed to handle a certain amount of inflammation, but the Standard American Diet provides too many inflammatory compounds for the body to handle. Eventually the body loses this battle and you may end up with one of the dozens of inflammatory conditions.
